Prestige Alanya ( Ex. Euphoria Comfort Beach Alanya )

We enjoyed our week here and met some lovely people. The location is a bit out of the way, and taxi drivers may try to charge you more, so be careful. There were friendly cats around too, and they’re cared for. I’d visit again. The animation team were entertaining and friendly, putting on daytime games and playing music by the pool. Ali Baba and cemre were especially friendly and seemed to organise a lot of the activities. They were easy to joke around with. The staff in general were polite and friendly. The food offered plenty of variety for different tastes. Some dishes were a little cold when it was busy, but that didn’t happen often. Our room was fairly standard. The shower broke, but staff fixed it as soon as we reported it. There was a piece of solid faeces on the shower floor.

We had a great holiday and a fantastic time with the children, though it felt like the hotel could have offered so much more. The location is close to plenty of places and has good transport links. Reception staff knew how to get to various spots and explained it well. The kids enjoyed the kids club, and we had fun with the daytime adult games. Prize bingo was great fun too. Ali Baba and Cemre were brilliant all holiday, but they seemed limited in what they were allowed to offer. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a family room when we arrived, which gave us much more space. Some repairs were needed, but it was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and made beds. The food was repetitive, but fine, and there was always something for everyone.

The kids club ran every day, so it’s handy if you need some quiet time away from the children. The animation team kept the little ones busy for hours and looked after them well. I’d come back, honestly. The hotel itself is spacious, with a decent-sized pool. Food was good and freshly made from breakfast through dinner, including the food in between. Drinks were good too, though the cocktail choice was limited.

My children loved the Mini Club, spending much of the day making crafts and playing bowling, then having a great time at the Mini Disco for 35-40 minutes in the evening. We especially enjoyed the dancers in the evening shows, and the entertainment team was a highlight for us. The food was just fine, though we didn’t go hungry. The beach is rocky, so bring shoes, and the pool was cold, probably because it was November. We were generally pleased with the hotel and I’d love to return.
