Quattro Beach Spa & Resort Hotel

The food was good, though we missed having some imported drinks, especially since we had been told they served them. The rooms were clean, but the hotel's Wi-Fi is still its biggest weakness. I especially want to mention the staff: waiters Nuri and Murat, barman Demirham and his Boss, and animator Huseyin.

The minibar fridge was faulty, and they wouldn't replace it. We reported it again and again, but for all 10 days we had no cold water or drinks in our room. Food was the same every day, mostly frozen or fried, with toxic pink ham. There were no decent drinks or proper coffee either. Maybe three or four employees were nice and smiley; the rest seemed to be there as punishment and barely spoke English. I definitely wouldn't come back. Good luck if you've booked here. Hope you have a tolerant stomach and strong nerves.

Most of the food was pretty good, with a large range in the main restaurant and something for everyone. The beach bar and cafe had less choice, but the food was freshly cooked or made to order, which was great. The entertainment team also worked hard to keep guests amused. The hotel was nice and well looked after, and every staff member seemed to put in effort to keep guests happy. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, though, and the two bottles of water weren't replaced for three days. Other people in our group, staying on a different floor, did get their two bottles daily. The wine and spirits weren't great either. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend the hotel.

I'm not someone who writes many reviews, but I wanted to this time. The grounds were nice and well maintained, and the animation team was incredible. From the cleaners to the hairdressers and everyone in between, the staff seemed to love their work. Our room was nice and clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels, though we only used it to sleep. The Turkish night was the best for food, and on the other days we could always find something to eat. No problem. All I can say is, it was SUPER.
