Ramira Beach Hotel

Hello :) I booked a room for two people from September 29 to October 5. We hoped to reserve another one for our friends, but all the rooms were gone within an hour. We were shocked 🥹 Is there any chance you could find one more room for a couple with a 5-year-old child? We're driving there and have been planning this trip for a long time, so we'd really appreciate it if a room becomes available. Thank you in advance!

The rooms were good, with clean towels, water, coffee, and tea provided each day. The hotel is close to the beach, and the food and service were good too. The Turkish bath spa center at Ramira Beach hotel was excellent, clean, and had a mystical feel. The staff were wonderful and professional. Special thanks to Said, whose professional manner and special energy made our time at the spa even more pleasant and beautiful. We recommend it and will definitely come back.

The beach was awesome, and the food was good. The rooms are hit or miss, and things were a bit dirtier than I expected. Ibrahim, the massage salon founder, is a really good person.

I'd rate it 3 stars at most, definitely not 4. The price was low, around two to three times less than the neighboring 5-star hotels. The hotel is right on the beach, the safe is free, and internet worked around the property, though it cut out sometimes. Restaurant and bar staff worked quickly, and the simple food was tasty and fresh. Credit to the chefs and restaurant manager. Our room was cleaned normally every day. The hotel was overcrowded. At dinner there were queues for food, it took time to find and wait for a table, and finding a free spot on the beach was difficult. The pastries all tasted the same. The pool was small, dirty, and murky. For swimming, everyone used the neighboring hotel's beach because the stones in the water here could hurt your feet. The beach was cleaned poorly, only once or twice a day, and plastic, cups, used dishes, and cigarette butts were lying around through the day. The umbrellas were old, torn, and mismatched, and many sun loungers were broken. To get a place by the sea, we had to go out at 6 or 7 in the morning. Otherwise there weren't enough spots for all the guests. The rooms were old and needed new furniture and electrical outlets. There were just two sockets, used by the TV and fridge. The refrigerator was old and yellow-orange with rust, the bathroom plumbing was rusty, and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The AC was noisy, and sound carried through the entrance doors. Turning the AC on or off switched on the TV automatically, which was unpleasant at night. On the first evening, the power went out in our room, the AC broke, and the TV antenna didn't work. Tables and furniture in shared areas were dirty and stained, and those areas weren't cleaned well or on time. After daily complaints at reception and in person, it took four days for the hotel manager to show up. Toward the end of our stay, cleaning in the common areas and on the beach improved a little. It's not a bad place to stay, but it needs work. The rooms need renovating and cleaning could be better. Otherwise, you might feel cheated if you're expecting a 4-star experience.
