Respect Apart Hotel

The apartment was cozy, with one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a lovely balcony. Staff were kind, spoke good English, helped with our luggage, and provided what we needed. They even let us use their washing machine for free instead of sending our clothes to a laundry far away. There was no AC in the living room, but the nights weren’t very hot, and leaving the balcony or bedroom door open worked fine. The hotel is across from the beach, in a charming, popular area that’s easy to walk around. Major attractions were within walking distance, and unlike at other Alanya hotels we’d stayed in, there was no tunnel to use to cross the road to the beach. We also didn’t encounter mosquitos in that part of town. We spent lovely family time there. Some refurbishment work was happening one morning, but otherwise the stay was delightful. Great location and good value, I’d recommend it.

They nearly ruined our whole holiday. We left just a few hours after arriving because the apartment was so disgusting that we didn't want to spend a single night there. The pictures online were fake and misleading, and although we took lots of photos, Google wouldn’t let us upload them. The floor was so dirty that after a few steps our feet were completely black. The balcony plants were dried up, the fridge smelled awful and had mold all over it, so we didn’t want to put food or drinks inside. Every plate, fork, and glass was dirty. The couch was covered with crumbs, and the toilet smelled like a public restroom and still had dirt in it, as if no one had flushed. There was plenty more besides. They also tricked us on the price. Some people paid only a few euros a night, but we were charged €40 per night. They had already charged our card before we arrived, so we lost €200. These people are liars and don’t care about ruining other people’s holidays.

I’m having a really good stay here. It’s an excellent hotel, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

The view is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. I’d recommend it 👍🏻
