The residence felt secure, with guards patrolling every few hours. I was bored one day and watched them, lol. It also has good facilities, including a pool, tennis court and BBQ. I can't speak for other flats, but avoid number 7, especially if the landlord is called Mohammed from Iraq. Before settling in, check that all the electrical equipment works, the plumbing is okay, and hot water is available on demand. Make sure there's enough cutlery, test the TV channels, and check that the AC blows both hot and cold. Good luck.

Hot water was a real problem in this residence, so expect cold showers sometimes. The place is overpriced: at 6000 TL a month, you could rent for three or four months for the same amount in similar residences around Alanya, where monthly rents on the same road range from 1200 to 2000 TL. You're paying for the boat-shaped balconies and boat-like architecture, and the residents are mostly rich Russians. If you're hoping to meet a wealthy Russian as a playmate or partner, maybe that's what you're looking for. It's even more expensive than Goldcity, where all the VIPs in Alanya stay.

A lovely residence with luxurious pools, a Turkish bath and strong management.
