We stayed at NoxInn Deluxe Hotel from May 23 to May 30, 2026. We won't be coming back. Compared with Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel, where we stayed last year, this felt much more budget-oriented despite costing about the same. Our rooms were spacious and looked fairly nice, and we paid an extra €50 per room for a sea view. But the shower was broken, and neither refrigerator worked, including the one in my parents' room. We told reception and got a dismissive response, but nothing was fixed. Housekeeping was fine: the rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels and sheets were changed regularly. The reception staff were cold from the start. Most spoke Russian, and one employee seemed visibly irritated when we spoke English. We got the impression the resort catered mainly to Russian guests, who made up around 90% of visitors, and many staff spoke Russian too. I can't say whether that affected our treatment, but it was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises ultra all-inclusive, the restaurant choices got poorer and less varied each day. Food seemed to be reused from one day to the next, especially as more Russian tourists arrived. There were a few times we couldn't find a place to sit, either inside or on the terrace. There was food, but mostly the same dishes, with one or two choices disappearing day by day. Desserts and cakes followed the same pattern. At the lobby bar, waiting took a very long time if you didn't speak Russian, and staff gave us irritated looks. One blonde bartender ignored us every time. The spa center's beach towels smelled strongly of rancid oil, so we couldn't use them and were glad we'd brought our own. Other than that, things were more or less okay. I hope this review is useful to future tourists and perhaps the hotel management, if anyone there reads it.

The friendly restaurant and bar staff are the reason I'm giving this place three stars. The rest has left me pretty disappointed. The website promises a lot, but there's very little variety in the food. I'm not fussy, yet most days it's the same dishes, with perhaps one or two changes and a different soup. The beach isn't sandy in my opinion. Without water shoes, there's only a very small area where you can get into the sea. They advertise a pier bar, but I couldn't find one. At first there was nothing on the beach; now there's a little wooden bar, but it serves just one kind of drink. The QR code for hotel information, including opening hours, is handy, but not reliable. Some bars listed as open weren't open. The relax pool bar and snack bar were both closed during my first week. Now that the snack bar is open, I'm unsure about the food safety. Not many guests use that pool, so the food doesn't get refreshed often. Fries and potato croquettes, for example, are cooked around 11:55 and left under a warming lamp until closing at 16:00. After sitting out for hours, they taste awful. The pool restaurant is okay, but the dishes don't match the menu descriptions. The Noxinn hamburger has no bacon, the Noxinn pizza comes without mushrooms or pesto, and the Caesar salad is drenched in sauce and has no cheese. The Aperol spritz is made with premixed orange soda, which is fine, but they add vodka even though the menu says Prosecco, Aperol, and soda. I drink it, but it's odd. They should describe it as orange bitter soda with vodka. The waiting staff are friendly, and the security guards are too. They take good care of the dog and cats, and seem like good people. The supervisors in white blouses, though, seem a bit lazy to me. It's unfair to watch them shout at staff while doing nothing when things get busy. My room was booked with a balcony and seating, but the balcony is so tiny there's no room for seats. Luckily I'm not fat, or I might not even fit standing on it. I'm still here for a few more days, and sadly the food is a big letdown.

The rooms look nice and seem recently renovated, though the cleanliness could be better. The towels and bed linen were fine. Getting to the beach means walking through a tunnel, which is convenient, but the free public section is crowded and poorly maintained. For a private sunbed or a small cabana with benches, loungers, and direct access to the water, you have to pay extra. What bothered me most was how staff treated guests. Unless you're Russian, the service falls short of what you'd expect, and it often feels as though Russian guests are valued more and get special treatment. The food at the main restaurant is average, with something for everyone but nothing special. Pool bar food is below average, with little variety, and drink choices there are limited too. The main bar has a somewhat better selection. This hotel doesn't feel like a real five-star place. If you're coming mainly to spend time at the beach or pool and eat and drink, you may be disappointed.

We're having a great time here. The food is delicious, the staff are wonderful, and the spa is so relaxing. Aicha from Guest Relations has been especially helpful, kind, and attentive. Thanks to her!

We left early and moved to another hotel. When we told reception we planned to complain, all we got was a nod, with no apology or further response. The stay was so frustrating that it fell far below the advertised five-star standard, more like a three-star place. There was no manager available when we needed to raise concerns, and most staff spoke very little English, making it hard to communicate or get anything resolved. Staff service was poor overall, and nobody offered us drinks. We had just missed the food service after a long flight and transfer, but despite our all-inclusive booking, nobody offered us anything to eat. We had to go to a restaurant outside the hotel. On our second evening, we came down for dinner at 8:05 PM and were told the restaurant had closed. We'd taken a photo of the opening hours at check-in and hadn't been told they changed overnight. When we said we were hungry, the receptionist replied, “I’m hungry too.” It was an unprofessional and inappropriate answer. In the end we got a small meal of plain chicken, a slice of potato pizza, and a mini cold stuffed pepper, nothing like the food or service we expected from a five-star hotel. The first room had a squeaky bed and no light in the shower. We asked to move, but the second room had the same problems, making us uncomfortable from the start.
