Radisson Hotel Sultanahmet

Murat made our stay especially comfortable. He was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond with his service. People like him really elevate the experience. We had an Executive Suite with unbelievable Bosphorus views, and waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Right in Sultanahmet, the hotel is within walking distance of the historic landmarks, which made sightseeing easy with family. Nearby food choices include casual cafes and good restaurants. Room service was quick, flexible, and helpful with our requests. The laundry service was efficient, reliable, and very convenient while traveling. The hotel itself was wonderful, and the service felt exceptional from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay at Radisson Blu Sultanahmet again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. A true five-star experience.

Ergun in the restaurant, along with Gul, Kalandar, and Ridwan, made us feel genuinely welcome. They were attentive, helpful, professional, and always ready with a smile. Their hospitality made a real difference. We had a beautiful, memorable stay at Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet. The hotel is lovely, centrally located, and has a warm atmosphere.

Everyone was so friendly and focused on guests, from the front desk to the breakfast team. Murat was especially professional. When I had an issue, he jumped in right away and took care of it. He has an incredible sense of customer service!

A nice seafront view and walk, and it’s easy to find the hotel. Topkapi, Haggia Sofia, and the Blue Mosque are only a 300m walk, though it’s a bit uphill. The Grand Bazaar is another 300m farther. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast had a decent range of hot and cold, sweet and savoury choices. The staff were lovely, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. It was a perfectly pleasant stay in a great location, and I’d happily return to Istanbul and stay here again.
