A big thank you to the whole Front Office Team for such warm hospitality and support throughout our stay. Mr Mustafa, the Front Office Manager, personally looked after us. Mr Ozgur from Reservations and Ms Ceyda from Guest Relations also deserve recognition for their work. And Mr Eren manages everything with real talent, like a Maestro, which seems fitting for someone working at Maestro Hotel. We really appreciated the team.

The rooftop was a lovely place to unwind, with a beautiful view, and the hotel's smart technology made things feel more comfortable and modern. Maestro Hotel is near Galataport, just minutes from the Bosphorus, so the location was excellent. From arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and were respectful and professional. The service was outstanding. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

Mr. Mustafa, the hotel manager, made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. He was kind, professional, and attentive to detail, and was always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was great. Everything about my stay was excellent. For me, this is the best hotel in Istanbul, and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommend it.
