Service was good, and the room was spacious, with a decent location near the train and bus station and Kadiköy neighbourhood. The room itself felt dated, though, and some things didn’t work. For what you get, I thought the price was a bit high.

The employees were really friendly, and being so close to the train station is a big plus. It’s an old apartment building that’s been converted into a hotel, so I’d call it closer to three stars than five. For the price it’s fine, as long as you keep your expectations reasonable.

The staff were friendly and the location is great. Our room could use a few minor repairs. If your room faces away from the street, there may not be much of a view.

Mr. Nael gave us especially good service and made us a special omelet each day alongside the regular breakfast menu. The staff also arranged an airport taxi and took good care of us. The rooms are large and nice, though they need a few small repairs. The location works well if you want to use Istanbul’s public transport and stay away from busy tourist areas. We really enjoyed our stay.

On the Asian side, this hotel is a handy place to stay, with friendly staff and a decent, clean room for a competitive price. It’s near the metro bus, so getting to the European side takes about 15-20 minutes. I’d recommend it.
