The apartment itself is nice and tidy, and plenty of people seem happy with the apartment, the complex, and its location. But this is a review about Anna K. I wouldn't want her in anyone's apartment. She turned the place upside down and charged for everything. Be careful.

The complex itself was lovely, well kept, with wonderful staff, plenty of greenery, and a riverside boulevard nearby. My experience with Apartment 10, Building A was the opposite. The landlady, Angela, was greedy and dishonest. The place was old and dirty when we arrived, with a broken table, vacuum cleaner, mop, refrigerator, two doors, and dirty, damaged balcony curtains. I cleaned the apartment, and she promised to replace the table, but we lived with the broken one for three months and it never happened. When I tried to charge her for the broken chairs, she went quiet after I showed photos of the damaged parts. She also kept our deposit and charged three months of tourist tax in advance, for August, September, and October, although we moved out because she hadn't kept the agreement. The vacuum was already broken when we arrived, and I'd told her it wasn't picking up dust, but she charged me for that too. Eventually she said she'd return 50 euros out of 150, less 21 euros for utilities. As I write this, she still hasn't returned even that 50 euros. She kept saying she couldn't make any money from us, despite charging a decent market-rate rent for a tired apartment. I plan to post in the chats somewhere so she gets blacklisted. Better to stay away.
