Royal Exclusive Kleopatra, beach

The internet was stable and fast, and there’s a heated winter pool, which is a plus. The amenities otherwise felt pretty average and small, much like the apartments, and both pools are small. The Residence itself is new and modern, but the apartments are tiny. In the two different 1+1 apartments we tried, the same small area had to serve for eating, cooking, and hanging out by the TV, with no workspace. I can’t imagine bringing kids here, since there’s little room for them, a child’s bed, or a dining chair. You’ll need to spend most of your time outside the apartment to enjoy the place, which feels more like somewhere to sleep. It’s fine for a couple of nights, but not a long stay. For the price the owners ask, I found better options for value.

There are shops and cafes right across from the building, and the location is fantastic: it’s a six-minute walk to the sea and Cleopatra Beach, while staying away from the main shopping and tourist street. The complex is excellent, with a pool, sauna, and gym. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Everything we needed was close to this new premium complex on Kleopatra, and we really enjoyed our stay. The sea is only about 5-7 minutes away on foot.

The apartments are compact, but the renovation is modern and they have what you need. The sauna was in good shape and working. It's a nice new complex, though the current construction makes it hard to relax, with drilling noise and dust all the time.
