The area has nightclubs, so loud music carries on late. That's what you'd expect in Alanya during high season, I suppose. Reception staff were very polite and nice, and the restaurant next door is good with lovely staff. I stayed a week. The room was clean, had a balcony, and was cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area is small but pleasant and clean, and I never had trouble finding a sunbed or found the pool crowded. There's a small supermarket next door and a larger one 50m down the street.

The view is great, and Mr. Ahmad at reception is a genuinely nice person, but the hotel itself is dirty, especially the stairways. My spouse and I both developed skin problems because of the unclean conditions, and we told Mr. Ahmad about it. We stayed seven days, and I won't return. The place is dirty and badly managed.

I booked the apartment online and had been in touch with the staff well ahead of time. When circumstances we couldn't predict meant we had to cancel, I asked the platform to waive the fee. The staff were unhelpful on WhatsApp and quite rude. They said the manager would call the following day, but no call came. Very disappointing, especially after I'd been enjoying my time in Turkey over the past month.

The price is moderate and the hotel looks clean, but the music and singers are so loud that sleeping at midnight is impossible.

The shared balcony looks over the houses, and from the sixth floor you can see the sea. My room faced the street, but it was quiet. Brooklyn cafe downstairs is tasty, with Sok, Migros, and Carefour nearby, and the fish market isn't far away. I'd come again. The apartment was excellent, with a living room and bedroom, four full beds, and a kitchenette with a kettle, one induction hob, and all the utensils. There was also a warm blanket and a balcony. Cleaning was excellent, and the cleaners were very friendly.
