Serenity Queen Hotel

Murat at the Plaza Drinks bar in Serenity Queen Hotel was one of the best bartenders we met on our holiday. Every cocktail was delicious and nicely presented. He was warm and welcoming, took time to chat, and suggested special drinks. His professionalism and positive attitude made each visit a pleasure and helped make the holiday memorable. I'd gladly recommend him and hope to see him next time. Thanks for making our stay better! 🍹👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Murat, the bartender at Sety Queen Hotel, deserves a big thank you for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. He always greets guests with a smile, is helpful and friendly, and brings a lovely atmosphere to the hotel. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and there was plenty of good food and proper drinks. I was impressed by the protected beach, the animations, and the cozy lounge with its bar and sofas for relaxing. Many staff members put real effort into their work and making guests comfortable. Everyone was attentive and provided a high level of service with a smile. Very good hotel, and I strongly recommend it.

The beach was tiny, packed with too few loungers, and the water was dirty. Food was repetitive, with no meat at late dinner and basic items missing at breakfast. The restaurant served water from open bottles, so I couldn't know whether another guest had already used one. That's unacceptable. Waiters are advertised, but service seemed selective. I was served only once during my three-day stay, and there weren't enough staff to look after all the guests. I booked a room in the relaxation area, but children screamed around us morning and night. The room faced Caretta Beach Hotel, and there was a kitchen across the fence that made constant noise and a terrible smell. We had just one blanket for two people. The bathroom had none of the basic toiletries, such as shampoo, that the description said were included, along with conditioner, lotion, razors, and shaving cream. The hotel didn't match its description.
