Getting a warm shower was a hassle: the pressure swung from almost nothing to far too strong, and the faulty heater made it hard to find a temperature that wasn't scalding. The dining table was unstable and damaged, three of the four terrace chairs were broken, and the vacuum didn't work, so I had to bend down and sweep, which hurt my back. In one bedroom the LED lights stayed partly on, and my children slept badly because of them. The owner was quick to answer the phone and brought replacement chairs straight away. He was helpful, dealt with nearly all our concerns promptly, though he couldn't fix the vacuum. We booked only a few days before our stay and still got a nice reservation at a fairly good price.
