Ulu Panorama Residence

The terrace was a favorite, with an east-facing view of the sea ahead and mountains behind, lovely for morning coffee. The apartment was clean, equipped with cooking facilities and a washing machine, and had everything we needed. We stayed one night and found it very pleasant. It’s about a five-minute walk across the road to the sea, convenient for swimming and relaxing. Staff at the desk were understanding and accommodating, preparing the apartment before the scheduled 13:00 check-in so we could get settled early. We didn’t try the food service, but there’s a supermarket roughly ten minutes away. Comfortable and handy for a short beach stay.

We spent two weeks here and found the neighborhood peaceful and quiet, with good access around the city. All the apartments have sea views, and it’s one of the better areas in town. The manager and receptionists were especially well-mannered. The apartment was new, modern, and very clean, with the things you need, including a washing machine, vacuum, iron, and kitchen items like spoons, knives, glasses, and plates. I’d recommend it.

From the time I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and real hospitality. They were friendly, helpful, and professional, and made me feel at home. I’d recommend this place for a clean, modern, welcoming stay, and I’ll definitely return.

We’ll definitely come back. The apartment faces the sea, with a balcony and direct sea view, and traffic didn’t disturb us at night. The bed was comfortable, and bath supplies were provided on arrival. It was good value for the price, and dogs are allowed. There’s a full kitchen with what you need. Migros is a five-minute walk, with small cafes nearby serving diners and kebab, plus another grocery store within walking distance. Delivery from local cafes is also an option.
