The service was very bad and the place wasn’t clean. I booked through Oda max, then got an email confirming the reservation. After driving six hours from Ankara to Alanya, I arrived at Vesta Garden and found nobody there, just a phone number for the security guard at the main gate. Once I called, he came and took me to another person. They said I had to pay more than 350 Tl extra for cleaning and electricity, which meant over 800 Tl for one day in a 1+ 1 property. I showed them the confirmation email and explained that the online price included taxes and everything, with no extra charges mentioned. They said it was an order from the leader and that was the deal. I told them that made no sense, since at that price I could get a hotel near the sea with breakfast. There were plenty of offers at the time, 8/2020 during the pandemic. They said I could take it at that price if I wanted. I refused and searched again, spending five hours finding an apartment that was cheaper and better. I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent there. Alanya is a great city, unfortunately there are people like this in it.

If you speak English or another language, they say they have apartments available to rent. When you ask in Turkish, they don’t rent to you, and in just 10 minutes they’ll tell you whether there’s a place depending on the language you speak. I’d never recommend asking about an apartment in Turkish.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the Booking description and photos. Everything was clean, with new furniture and kitchen equipment, and all we needed for a comfortable stay. The room Wi-Fi was fast, and the spacious balcony looked over the pool. The complex is gated, with parking inside and no strangers allowed in. There are several supermarkets close by, and a taxi call button at the entrance by the barrier, with the concierge nearby. It’s a convenient, comfortable spot, an easy 10-minute stroll from the sea. If we come back to Alanya, we’ll definitely stay here again.
