We stayed a few days and found the rooms fresh, clean, and a good size, with comfortable beds, mini fridges, and balconies. The cleaning was very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant served very good food with a varied choice at each meal, plus a great salad bar. Many thanks to head chef Habib and his team for the good meals. The restaurant bar was also very good, with wonderful, helpful staff. There’s a large pool with loungers and parasols, and the hotel is close to the sea, shops, and attractions. It’s a lovely place and I’d be happy to return. The only problem was the bad internet, which kept cutting out.

The mattresses and pillows were the best part of the room for me. The mattresses are new and very comfortable, and there are several pillow fillings, clearly labeled on the cards provided. The room is cleaned daily, with tea and instant coffee left each day by the maid. There’s also a kettle, and toiletries are regularly replenished in the bathroom. Meals were delicious and offered something for everyone. Dinner was especially good, often with themed evenings featuring roast meat and grilled dishes. At snack time there’s coffee, drinks, and cookies by the small, well-kept pool. The beach is free, just pick up a ticket at reception. The hotel hammam costs 15 euros and I highly recommend it. The hotel is centrally located near Cleopatra Beach, which has no rocks. Staff deserve praise. It has four stars and meets that standard. If you don’t like it, there are five-star places to choose from. I don’t understand people who leave negative reviews, especially when I think they may not have better conditions at home.

The service was friendly, and the tap water pressure was good, which isn’t standard in this area. The rooms are decent, though the finishing has a few small flaws, and the food was okay, no worse than the scam-restaurants outside. The hotel tries to look luxurious, but it doesn’t quite pull that off. I also found it odd that they offered to upgrade a standard double room to one with an extra bed for two people for extra cash, even though Booking.com says the rooms are the same size. The price is too high for what you get.

We celebrated our honeymoon here and loved the peaceful feel of this compact adults-only hotel. With no children on the property, it was quiet, and the restaurant terrace was a favorite. The place is small but has what you need, and the standard rooms were just right. The food was excellent, and I’d gladly return many times. There are two small pools with loungers, and Cleopatra Beach is a short walk away, with plenty of shops and other places nearby. The only downside was weak WiFi.
