The food was decent, around average, with döner and grilled dishes served some evenings. But for a full-board hotel, being told items are out of stock all the time doesn’t fit the setup. The bar staff were sour and difficult to deal with, which put me off. The trouble started at check-in, when reception was unfriendly, and that feeling continued throughout my stay. The hotel sits directly on the beach along Alanya’s İncekum-Fuğla coastline, a prime spot for anyone focused on a beachfront holiday. Still, a good location can’t make up for this level of service. Staff need training to be more courteous and better at finding solutions, or the hotel will have a hard time standing out.

We only stayed four nights and wished we’d booked longer. My partner and I are 21 and 24, and this was just right for us. The staff were warm and welcoming, and even helped us after we got home when we realized we’d lost something. I’m a picky eater, but the food had lots of choices and I enjoyed everything. Our room was cosy, and I loved its theme. The place is stunning, with plenty of shops just a couple of minutes away. The beach strip is lovely too, and you can pay for water sports there. We also had a little spa visit and really liked it. There are different packages at different prices, and the spa staff were just as lovely. I’d happily come back.

The beach bar deserves a mention for its burgers, they were really good. The hotel is right by the beach, and both our spotless room and the rest of the place were very clean. The staff were excellent, and the food was tasty and, even better, hot.

We came as a group for Fit Camp and left with great memories. Our family suite had a lovely view, with the sea only a few metres from the room. The rooms were clean and the staff were cordial. I highly recommend the place.

The spa facilities were excellent value for money. With a laid-back feel, every room facing the sea, and the hotel right on the beach, it was set up perfectly for a relaxing holiday. I couldn’t find anything to fault.
