We’re living here now in a second-floor 2+1 apartment. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and there’s a children’s room with two single beds. It also has two bathrooms and a huge kitchen that opens into the living room. There are three balconies, one facing the pool, another looking onto a quiet street, and one with a small view of the sea.

The balcony view is breathtaking, and the sea is just 50 metres away. The home’s finish is high quality. The pool fountains are fun when they’re switched on, but that only happens for an hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon. The slide runs on that same schedule. There’s a hammam sauna, though it isn’t open this year.

A magnificent luxury apartment building right by the sea.

It’s so peaceful and cozy here, with lovely sea views and sunsets. The location is really handy too, with plenty of restaurants, markets, and other places nearby.
