Parking right in front of the hotel was easy, which is a real plus in this town. The staff were kind, the breakfast was good and served upstairs with a nice view, and the rooms were OK. I’d suggest choosing a hotel outside the old city center if you’re driving, so you don’t have trouble parking.

The rooms are okay, but the bathroom could use a few small fixes. The towels smelled musty and seemed like they hadn’t been washed. Breakfast was enough, although the only coffee was instant, not Turkish coffee. There was water in the room from the hosts.

Aks/Royal Hotel Amasya sent us off feeling very satisfied, and we’re planning to come back. It’s spotless, in a wonderful location, and the service is excellent. The owner, manager, and whole staff deserve our sincere thanks. Everything felt special and beautiful, and they offer much more than just a hotel. This place is a real asset to Amasya’s promotion, development, and changing face.

We paid 3500 TL, but this hotel wasn’t worth that amount. I booked it because it was available while looking for a place for my family to stay when we came to pick up my brother from the military. The room had hair and dirt left behind by previous guests.

The location was excellent, and I had a clean room with friendly service throughout my stay. You can book this hotel with peace of mind.
