We came to Amasya on the spur of the moment and happened upon this small hotel. It was one of the cheapest choices, so we booked it, though we worried the low price might mean poor quality, especially at breakfast. Happily, everything was very good, and the open buffet breakfast made us glad we chose it. The workers were kind and helpful. Our room was small but fine for us since we spent most of our time out. Its window looked onto the river, so the view was lovely. You could hear sounds from upstairs quite clearly because it's a historic building. The location in the old historic part of town was perfect and felt safe. I'd recommend it to travellers who are happy with a cheaper option.
