Otel Beyhan

We arrived at midnight, but I couldn't bear it and left at 3 a.m. It was so filthy and disgusting. It isn't even worth going inside to see.

Cheap prices only go so far. Whatever ministry is investigating this place needs to send someone to inspect it urgently.

For a day stay, they turn on the air conditioner and leave without giving you the remote. That’s really not okay.

The service was completely absent. The rooms were filthy, the beds awful, and we checked in and left ten minutes later because I didn't like the place and felt uncomfortable. We couldn't use the room, but couldn't get a refund either. Apparently that's how the system works. We were deceived, and they even said we shouldn't have come in the first place. They didn't give us our fingerprints, despite us being unable to use them. I don't forgive them. There’s no humanity left. It's humane of me to let it go and say keep my money, but I don't forgive them. It was basically my children's holiday allowance.
