Noax Hotel

I arrived after midnight, and the shower and stay were great. The bed was comfortable, and the room looked much more modern than it did in the photo. I really liked the place and would definitely come back if we get the chance. Breakfast could use more variety, though.

We spent about five nights at Noax hotel from late July into early August. The lobby and our rooms were neat and very clean, and the location was good. There’s a small but lovely rooftop pool, a basic little gym, and reception is open 24/7. Not every receptionist spoke English fluently, but we always managed to understand each other. Breakfast was lovely, while evening service at the restaurant could be slow because they were short-staffed.

Celal Katmer gave my family and me such wonderful service that I’d come back for that alone. He’s an extremely nice gentleman and a great addition to the staff. The rooms were very nice, the food was great, and the location was pretty good too, about 40-50 TL by taxi from the marina with its restaurants and beaches. The only negative I can think of is that the pool wasn’t cleaned every day.

The pool wasn’t available during my visit, which was disappointing, since a refreshing swim is great on a hot day. The manager made up for it with a massage and a bottle of wine. The staff were kind and tried to make the stay comfortable, especially Huseyin K., Mehmet V., Emre Y., Nuray K and Can G.. The hotel itself is very nice and has everything I’d expect from a five-star hotel. I’m looking forward to coming back when the pool is working and there’s a rooftop bar. Cheers.
