Alexia Resort & Spa

We loved the location, with the beach a short walk away and plenty of sun loungers, water sports, warm sea, and free drinks there. Shops are nearby, and the old town is walkable or a quick taxi ride. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the daytime music, foam pool party, evening entertainment, and relaxing spa treatments. Our modern, clean bedroom had a great view, and the minibar was replenished for free. I was surprised by how good Alexia was despite the poor reviews. The main letdown was the food, which was mostly average, though the freshly made kebabs and waffles were amazing. I’d recommend this adults only hotel for a fun holiday.

The beach is clean, sandy, and just a short walk away, and getting to Side center by dolmuş is easy. We loved the pool area too, and the hotel has so much on site that you hardly need to leave. My girlfriend and I were really happy with our choice at Alexia Resort & Spa. Everything was spotless, our modern room was comfortable and well kept, and there was lots of food to choose from with unlimited drinks. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, always friendly and helpful. For the price, it may be the best hotel in Side. We’ll definitely come back.

Mehmet at the lobby bar was fantastic, thanks for everything! Love from Romania ❤️ “one for thirst, one for taste”. The pool bar employees were nice too, and we had a great time talking with them. There was no Wi-Fi by the pool, and housekeeping sometimes forgot shower gel or shampoo, so we had to ask reception twice. For an ultra all inclusive place, the lack of international drinks was disappointing. We also found the hotel’s club outing a tourist trap, charging an extra 15 euros per person for two hours of radio music, lights, and drunk people. The elevators were slow enough that we took the stairs. On our last night, some Russian tourists were shouting and drinking until 4 a.m., and no manager appeared to calm things down.

The choices were limited for us since we needed some vegan options, and there weren’t really enough available. Still, we’d choose this place again. The people working there were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay good, even when they didn’t have many solutions to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they checked in every day to see if we were happy. We especially miss Suleyman, our favourite person at the hotel, and hope he’s doing well.
