Adalya Ocean Hotel - All Inclusive

I chose this hotel because I’d had a great stay earlier in the year at another property from the same chain in Antalya. The service here was unfortunately very different. The biggest problem for me was the language barrier. Most staff seemed to speak only Turkish and German, with almost no English or Russian. Even simple requests were hard to make, and sometimes staff avoided interacting once they realized I didn’t speak German. The atmosphere was heavily geared toward German guests, mostly older couples, and that seemed to shape both the entertainment and communication. The hotel itself feels very small, basically a pool with loungers, then a public promenade and beach. The building also feels dated. The beds and mattresses seem new, but the other furniture is worn, and the TV looks like it’s from the early 2000s. Rooms were cleaned daily, but the quality varied, and tipping didn’t seem to improve it. Food was another weak point. Breakfast was very limited and nowhere near a five-star standard. Lunch was a little better but still basic. Only dinner felt like what you’d expect from a hotel in this category. Drinks varied a lot in quality depending on the bartender. Evening entertainment was minimal: bingo, some average live music, and a short dance program that ended by 23:00. Nearby hotels carried on much later. This might suit someone looking for a very quiet, mostly German-speaking environment. For me, the lack of English, poor breakfasts, and generally tired condition of the hotel were dealbreakers. I wouldn’t return.

Chef Kerim was the best! Really attentive, responsive, and quick. The restaurant was great too. I recommend it to everyone!

There’s loads of room around the hotel, and it’s clean and beautiful without feeling crowded. The service was great too. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and there was always something tasty to eat, whatever time of day. Pizza at lunch, afternoon snacks, drinks around the clock. We had an amazing stay at the Adalya Ocean Deluxe Hotel in Turkey. The beach is very close, with soft, clean sand and no stones, so it’s easy to walk into the water. A perfect sandy beach. We loved our time there and would love to come back! 🌴☀️

We had dinner at the Mexican Restaurant in Adalya Ocean Deluxe, and every dish was delicious. Chef Kerim made the evening special. He has charming manners, is very artistic, and was always ready to help. Everything was perfect.
