Sirince Otel Restaurant

The room was awful. We booked through the app and got a ground-floor garden room, right in the middle of the restaurant area. The restaurant doors on both sides faced reception, and the glass opened onto the corridor. We booked for three people, but there were only two beds, with one laid on the floor. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. The TV, air conditioner, and shower cabin were broken, and the bathroom was disgusting and very dirty. The fridge had just two bottles of water. Staff were extremely snobbish, security was zero, pillows and duvets were missing, and the iron on the beds was broken. Even if you only go there to sleep, you can't get much use out of the room. In the morning, when we returned the key and wanted to leave, no one was at reception. We waited 20 minutes and rang the bell, but nobody came. We weren't satisfied with anything. I've never seen a worse place. Definitely don't choose it.

We came to Amasya for business with friends and stayed at Şirince Hotel. Our lake-view rooms were magnificent and clean, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant team took great care of us. We were very pleased. I read some other reviews and they seemed completely unrelated. One person complained that there was only water in the fridge, but not every hotel stocks more than water.

We were on a long trip and checked in here to sleep for 3-5 hours before setting off again, but staff kept us awake by talking extremely loudly in the hallway. We had to leave after an hour or two. The closet was filthy, and there was nothing to drink except water. The sheets weren't clean or tidy either. That says enough about how filthy the place is. You decide. I definitely don't recommend it.

We came from Samsun as a family and felt comfortable, almost like we were at home. The place was clean and hygienic, staff were very friendly, and we were pleased. I had read the reviews before coming and the negative ones confused me, but after arriving I realized they were all unfounded. There's also a restaurant on the lower floors, and I'd never seen somewhere so clean and well organized. It's the best hotel and restaurant for families, and I'd recommend it to everyone. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews.
