The apartment could have been better equipped, since it had no cups or other utensils, so bring paper cups if you want coffee or tea. Its bathroom wasn't in the best condition, but that wasn't a big issue because there were showers and lockers beside each pool. The resort is huge, with cafes, restaurants, swimming pools and thermal pools, including separate pools for women and men as well as a mixed one. At night, there's an outdoor theater with a play for families every evening. The friendly employees welcomed us and showed us around. The spa offers massages, acupuncture and other services for extra payment, and the prices are good. I stayed for only two days, but had a good experience.

From Washington DC, USA. We stayed with our family, and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, though they could have been cleaner. The thermal pools and swimming pools with slides were pretty nice. The open buffet restaurant could use more variety, and there were a few fun activities at night. We could also hang around the hotel after checking out. Make sure you have your reservation confirmation email before setting out, to avoid confusion.

We nearly wrecked our car trying to get to this hotel, then found it completely empty. We called what should have been reception, but, unsurprisingly, nobody answered. Good luck if you're heading there.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff all had smiles on their faces, which made it a very good experience.
