Breakfast comes with the room fee. A single room is relatively cheap at 130 TL a day.

The room is good, though the breakfast isn't that great.

It's snowing outside and the central heating doesn't work. They brought extra blankets and installed a small fan heater. If the heater works, its noise keeps you up. If it doesn't, the cold does.

The staff try to make you feel at home, and the place is a clean, reliable city hotel. Comfort may not meet expectations, though: because of the building's architecture and style, the floors in the rooms feel as if they're wobbling underfoot. I'd pick it for a couple of days, rather than a longer stay.
