The room cleanliness was on par with a five-star hotel. I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Ankara and rarely come across staff this attentive. Özge, Muharrem, and Anıl took great care of me, and Çiğdem was gracious and excellent at breakfast.

The clean room, good breakfast, and excellent hot water left me very satisfied. I was in Ankara for business, and the reception staff were friendly and helped me find my destination. Thanks for being so attentive. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Ankara.

Dusty rooms, disrespectful treatment, and pillows that smelled of dust. They advertised parking that wasn’t available and claimed to offer valet service when they didn’t. The price also changed at the last minute. I felt humiliated after paying, and the negative reviews seem to fit.

The price was very reasonable, and we were satisfied with our four nights. We came from Izmir while my husband was doing business at the DSI Directorate, so my son and I were alone during the day. The reception staff were attentive to both of us when we went down to the lobby. The hotel manager also sorted out the one small problem we had. May God bless them all, they took good care of us and didn’t let us down.

The friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast all made a good impression. We liked the hotel in every way, and it’s now our first choice when we come to Ankara.
