Hotel Cinnah

The car parking setup felt careless: they took my car to park it on the street, supposedly before putting it in the garage, and left the keys unregistered in a box where people could just take whichever key they wanted. One customer took two keys and brought one back. At breakfast there was no cheddar cheese, and I later learned from staff that although it was advertised online as a 4-star hotel, it was actually 3-star. My room was another problem. I didn't get the type I'd paid for, so I complained and they moved me. That room had a broken window and overhead lights. They said nothing else was available and put me in a single room, where the lights were broken too. They suggested I use the bedside lamp, but after I objected again, it turned out there were two more rooms in the right category. I took one, but its safe was broken and the shower drain was clogged, leaving a lake on the floor.

The room felt small and dated, but the service was good and the location near the embassy was very convenient.

Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby, and the hotel sits on a main road close to embassies, shopping centers, and parks. The rooms are small and noisy, though they have what you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were polite and cooperative, but spoke no English, so we had to communicate through Google Translate. I'd recommend it for solo business travel.

There’s parking, and the rooms are clean. It can take a while for the hot water to come through, though. The location is great, and there’s a bar by the entrance with a wide range of drinks and food.
