The location near the lake was a plus, but the room and the way we were charged made this a terrible stay. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and there were bright yellow damp marks on the bathroom ceiling. We found ourselves changing the dirty sheets and duvet ourselves, luckily there were four beds and we could use another one. The attic room had no curtains beyond sheer ones, which was uncomfortable, and there was a strange blue light we couldn't figure out. We came as two doctors for training on a company referral. When we arrived, staff said there were no double rooms left, only quadruple rooms, and offered to show one. They quoted 2500 TL a night, and we agreed to look because it seemed spacious. We were only two people throughout, both when asking and viewing. I was ill and went upstairs, while my wife went to pay. They charged her an extra 1000 TL for the quadruple room, and because I was sick, she paid. In the morning, they told us 2500 TL was the price per person. Two days earlier, friends at the course said they'd paid 2000 TL per person for two nights. The pricing confusion felt clearly malicious, as if they took advantage of our evening arrival and my illness. Their explanation was ridiculous: sometimes two people come and only one stays. They even charged 5000 TL per night for one person when the actual price was 2500 TL, claiming it was a price difference. We kept the receipt and can file a complaint with the consumer arbitration board. I wouldn't stay somewhere that makes such blatant false statements, then accuses you, on top of having a filthy room. There are places everywhere, but money is hard to earn, so don't give yours to this business.

My friend and I came for the POMEM exam, and the hotel was a great base. It's five minutes on foot from Lake Mogan and close to the Police Academy, with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and had been cleaned before we arrived, with air freshener sprayed too. Breakfast was very good. The staff were kind, understanding, and polite, and I'd like to thank them all again. Anyone looking for a place to stay should give it a try and put it high on their list.

For one night, my wife and I were very comfortable here. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms, beds, breakfast room, and breakfast food all met our expectations and tasted good. We'd recommend the place. Thanks to everyone working there.

We came for two days for the Gendarmerie Coast Guard Academy exams. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the sheets and pillowcases were spotless. Staff were helpful whenever we needed anything extra. We had no time to try breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but this is a hotel you'll be pleased with. Thanks to Mr. Arif.
