Wyndham Ankara

I stayed at Wyndham Ankara for six weeks and had a great time. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and ready to help. My King Suite with Terrace was comfortable and had a lovely view, and daily room service kept it spotless. The location made exploring easy, with Armada Mall and lots of restaurants and pubs just a short walk away. Breakfast was simple, but dinner at Restaurant No. 4 was delicious. The pool was large, and I usually had it to myself, which was perfect for swimming. The gym was small and basic but had enough for a workout. Two days after I left, staff called to say they'd found a ring I'd left in my room. Their honesty and care really stood out. I'd happily recommend Wyndham Ankara for business or leisure. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay special.

The wellness area was a real highlight, with a spacious indoor pool at a comfortable temperature, a relaxing spa, and a well-equipped gym for either a short or long stay. During my visit the pool was open only during spa hours, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. An earlier opening would be useful for guests who want to swim before work. The hotel is outside the city center, though there are all kinds of other restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. The restaurant was another standout: breakfast had exceptional variety and quality, and lunch and dinner were just as good, with attentive dining staff. The common spaces were beautifully designed, with practical details and art throughout. A spectacular chandelier greeted us on arrival. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and carefully maintained, with a kettle, coffee machine, ironing equipment, and more. The air conditioning worked well, and our room looked out over the surrounding skyscrapers. The large bathroom was welcoming and stocked with soaps, shampoos, creams, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other kits. There was no bidet, but, as is common in Turkey and Azerbaijan, the toilet had a dual function. The shower was powerful and easy to adjust. Above all, the staff were kind, professional, and attentive. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Highly recommended!

The included buffet breakfast was superb, and the meeting room service exceeded my expectations. The staff were always smiling and polite. My room was spacious, and the hotel was clean and well located, with a nice, elegant spa. It was a great choice for my trip, and I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Ankara. I'd recommend it 200%.

What stayed with me most was the personal care from the staff. After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels, those small, kind gestures make a real difference. A hotel can have any number of stars and look beautiful or trendy, but without that personal touch, it misses what matters to me. At Wyndham Ankara, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for from the start. At check-in, Mr. Anil greeted me with kindness, empathy, and attentiveness. My room was comfortable, the bed and pillow menu felt premium, and the bathroom was both lovely and practical. Housekeeping was spotless. Breakfast was well organized, with a huge range of delicious food freshly prepared and replenished, and the manager was attentive, polite, and kind. Thank you again, Mr. Anil.
