Class Hotel

I had a very good experience, though a plumbing problem left a bad smell near the bathroom, especially in my room, for three days. I was surprised when I was told I should have asked for another room because I hadn't expected them to care, but once staff came up and saw the problem, they moved me right away. The new room smelled less than the first, but the odor was still definitely there. That issue was why I gave it three stars.

I spent a month here while in town for a stressful event, and coming back to the hotel felt peaceful, almost like home. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the place has a lovely atmosphere inside and out. The front desk team were very friendly and ready to help, and all the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. There's also a cute cafe out front with great service anytime.

Our stay with my husband was memorable. The room was clean and quiet, with an amazing view, and the staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. They helped us arrange a PCR test because we were afraid to go to a lab or hospital. The location was wonderful too, lively and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The receptionist was so welcoming, and service was great. The location was lovely, with a small park nearby where there were pigeons, ducks, and beautiful black swans. Plenty of restaurants were around, from Turkish and American to Chinese food, plus two Starbucks and a bubble tea shop. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in Ankara. The bathroom smelled, and there weren't quite enough soaps for two people. Also, probably because of pandemic restrictions in Ankara, breakfast was packed up and didn't seem or taste fresh, which was disappointing.
