Grand Sera Hotel

The view was okay, not bad, but the room smelled a bit and the bathroom had a moldy odor. They cleaned every day, yet it still felt dusty and smelled of cigarettes.

My friend and I stayed for one night and liked the place a lot. The rooms and toilets were clean, and breakfast was tasty. I'd give the room four stars because I could smell cigarette smoke. Maybe the neighbors were smoking, but I'm not sure. Thanks for breakfast.

For the price, the service, breakfast, and hospitality were good during my four-night stay. I could hear people talking outside because the sound carried easily into my room. The door also concerned me a little: it locked from inside, but I wished it had a separate lock that didn't need a key for extra security.

My mother stayed here for 16 days, and we're very satisfied with how it went. The price was convenient compared with other places, and the refund policy was easy, with no hassle or difficulties. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean, and they served an amazing buffet breakfast with lots of variety every day. The staff are kind and helpful, and do what they can when you need something. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and anyone staying in Ankara.
