The service was friendly, and the location worked well for getting around. It's beside restaurants and shops, but far enough away that noise wasn't an issue. I took the bus and walked to the street, then used the metro to reach the main bus terminal.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning didn't work in either of our rooms. I slept in 30°C heat and woke up feeling sick. Opening the window brought beetles inside. The hotel felt dark and depressing, and the lift music made me think of 1973. There is no spa. Calling this a 4 star hotel by international standards is a stretch. It felt more like 1 star, and the 5* reviews seem fake. I had paid for three nights, but couldn't stand Doga and left for the Radisson.

The front desk staff were especially nice, and people in general were very kind. I liked the place and thought it was good overall. Still, the air conditioning was only okay, and the windows wouldn't open, so I didn't get any fresh air during the four days I stayed.

The location is handy and walkable to restaurants and shopping centers, and the price is reasonable. It was extremely clean and pretty quiet, with no noise at all. One of the best hotels in all of Ankara. Recommended 100%.

The rooms get very hot because the AC doesn't work, and there's no SPA even though it's advertised. I was misled by the 4* claim. This place is no more than 2*. Keep away!
