The hotel’s view and cleanliness were both 10 out of 10, as were the hospitality and service. Attention, care and respect get 10 out of 50. Mr. Ethem, the manager, was always available for questions and needs, and somehow constantly on the go. He’s friendly, upbeat, incredible, and keeps everything under control. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but his hospitality and the customer focus make this one my favorite. I’ve gathered so many lovely memories and moments here, and I’m very grateful to Mr. Ethem. Mardin is beautiful in the mountains, and this hotel makes it even better. I recommend it to everyone and would book with confidence. I’ll come back to enjoy the lovely scent of the rooms and see Mr. Ethem again. See you soon 😊😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel looked just like it did in the photos, and we felt safe and comfortable there. It’s about 15 minutes from many parts of Mardin, though the steep, hilly roads can make that drive tiring at times. Even so, we had no difficulties during our stay and felt at ease arriving here.

We were in awe of Mardin and Midyat by the time we left. My wife, son, and I stayed for one night between November 22nd and 23rd, and Ethem and the other staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spotless, and all the must-see sights in old Mardin are within walking distance. Ethem laid out a travel itinerary for us and explained everything in detail, including where to go and what to eat. I recommend it to everyone.

The service was so warm that it felt like visiting family who live far away. On our first trip to Mardin, we were lucky to meet Mr. Ethem. He was welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and I especially appreciated how he made things easier for us with his constructive approach. The hotel is centrally located among the sights in Old Mardin.

The magnificent view from the hotel was a real highlight, and the owner’s warm welcome made us feel at home and in good hands straight away. We had a wonderful stay at this family-run place. Being personally escorted to the city of Mardin made our visit easier and more pleasant too. I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates a family atmosphere, hospitality, and a pleasant ambiance.
