From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

The view of Mardin and the calm place to rest are already making me look forward to staying longer next year. I still think about the delicious breakfasts, with all their variety. I spent 60 days here while in Mardin for agricultural production, and I’m grateful they made me feel like part of the family. I’d worried about cleanliness because I’d stayed in plenty of hotels before. When I raised it with Merve Hanım by phone, her kindness put me at ease, and she passed my concern along to the owner, Fevzi Bey. That was the start of my stay. As the days went by, I saw the team working to make the service better. They understood I wasn’t from the area and were ready to help however they could. I found the place strong on hygiene, friendly smiles, and easy conversation, and I’d recommend it to friends and family looking for somewhere to stay. A special thank you to Mr. Fevzi, the owner, and Canan, the hotel manager. Merve at the front desk was so kind. Fadıl wished me well each day and asked how I was doing, while Berke and Yiğitcan kept smiling even late at night when they’d missed sleep. I’m also grateful to all the experienced brothers and sisters whose names I never learned. I believe politeness is about a pleasant manner as well as good diction.
