The spotless rooms and friendly welcome made our stay at Eliz Hotel feel like home. The whole team paid attention to the details and treated us with real warmth. We loved it, can’t wait to come back, and will be telling everyone we know to stay here. Keep up the great work!

Ugur at the door was especially helpful, and I’d give him five stars for it. My 80-year-old mum and I stayed for four nights, and we were happy with the pool, spa, food, and service. We’ll definitely come again.

The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and check-in was easy. I also liked the pleasant location, which isn’t too far from the city, and taxis were simple to get. My room was spacious and comfortable, with everything in place. The fitness studio needs more equipment. There were only 4-5 machines, with no barbells or other useful gear. It would also be good to have activities for younger guests, like basketball or other events, so they don’t get bored. I had a bad experience with the massage. The staff didn’t seem properly trained, and the session felt like they were just going through the motions. I came out in more pain than I had before. The restaurant itself is good, but room service took a long time and the food often arrived cold and greasy. It didn’t taste fresh, more like reheated food, so I wouldn’t order it again. The menu also leans heavily on pastries like börek, with few healthier options for people watching their diet. The wellness area seemed aimed more at older guests, and I didn’t find it clean or appealing for younger visitors. Its advertised closing time is 10:30 PM, but it actually shuts at 10 PM, while the women’s side reportedly stays open until 11 PM. That mismatch was frustrating.

Miss Zekiye’s massage was wonderful. She deserves five stars.
