A cheap motel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The beds were awful, the rooms were dirty, and the doors had gaps and mostly wouldn't shut. Even the seats were extremely uncomfortable. I wish we hadn't gone. Paying 3.50 for that experience felt awful.

The room looked spacious and airy at first, and the location was good. We only checked in because it was late and we needed somewhere. There was hot water, but no parking, and we didn't feel safe there. The towels, sheets, floors, and furniture were all unclean. A strange smell near the bedroom entrance had no obvious source, while the boiler beside the bed made a lot of noise and the lights kept flickering. The toilet wouldn't flush. We reported it and waited an hour for someone to check; when we went back again, a manager said it was clogged and he couldn't do anything. He told us to use the toilet in the room opposite, but wouldn't let us into that room either. The price might sound reasonable, but it was still too much for this level of service. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you absolutely have to.

The location is decent, but the apartment was a fiasco. Our double room was 1500 TL per night in late December, which seemed within the market range, but I'd still tell people to stay elsewhere because there are better options. We booked several days ahead, yet they only checked for vacancies on the day we arrived, as if they were selling rooms even when fully booked. They also tried to charge above our reservation, saying the price had gone up. When we objected, they agreed to honor the reservation price. The room hadn't been cleaned, the linens hadn't been changed, and the towels, linens, and floor were filthy, with lots of yellow stains and used bandages left on the floor. There was no kettle or hand soap. After we left, management said a taxi driver claimed two customers had ridden without paying, and that he identified us in security footage. We hadn't taken a taxi at all. I suspect the apartment management staged the story. Even if it were true, showing footage to someone merely claiming to be a taxi driver would be a crime.
