I spent four days and three nights here on my own, and for a solo stay I would recommend it. With children, it might feel uncomfortable. The location is good and the neighborhood seemed safe. I liked the blue design, and the bed was comfortable. My fifth-floor room had nice big windows, though the room was very dark and the bathroom was tiny. The AC and TV were small, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was no teapot or electric kettle. Water cost 15 and tea 25 lire, neither was free. Breakfast was limited, but fine for me, and you could buy water, coffee, and tea. The staff were friendly. At night the room smelled of cigarettes, which bothered me because I'm sensitive to that. Someone drilled next door for about an hour on the last night; I didn't mind, but others might. It was okay in general.

The facility feels creaky, though it was clean and the breakfast wasn't bad. The location is superb, and the price is excellent if you can find a room at those rates.

The beds were okay, and the non-smoking room really didn't smell of cigarettes. It's an old hotel, and while the location is good, the entrance and the whole street are under construction. The bathrooms are especially dirty, the sheets are almost yellow, there are no cups or teapots, the fridge doesn't work, and there's no central heating. With better cleaning and more polite staff, especially on the evening shift, I could recommend it. On a very low budget, it's bearable for one night. I hope they renovate.

Getting to the place was a bit tricky since taxis can't reach the entrance, so you have to walk. The rooms are very old and below average, with dated furnishings and mostly broken plugs. The TV is only 16 inches.
