Near the city center, Kizileye, the location is great. It's one of the cheapest hotels and good value for the money. The rooms aren't especially clean, but they're good enough. Mine had a 65-inch TV, though there was no internet. The view faced an office building, so we couldn't leave the shades open.

We booked a single night through the obilet app. The place was clean, and the receptionist was helpful. It was really good.
