I stayed one night at this Ankara hotel. The location is beautiful and close to public transport, the room looked clean and new, and the price was affordable, around 30 Euros. But when I moved the bed to check underneath, I found a severe bedbug infestation under the mattress. There were multiple bugs, black spots that looked like droppings, and signs of nesting in the photos. Bedbugs can bite, feed on human blood, and travel home in clothes or bags, so this is a serious hygiene and health issue. I urge management to deep clean, fumigate, and replace infested furniture. Other guests should check carefully before staying. It's sad, because the location and price give the hotel potential, but this needs urgent attention.

Murat was so helpful, as was the whole team. It was a good experience, and the room was good and clean.

The eggs at breakfast were very watery, and the meal wasn't good. I booked a deluxe bed on Expedia but got two single beds instead. The map sent me to the wrong address, and when I called, the hotel said they didn't speak much English and hung up. I eventually found it by asking at another hotel's front desk.
