We had room 309 from 9 Jan-11 Jan 2026, and I'll never return. At checkout, they claimed we had used minibar or bar items we hadn't consumed and tried to charge us. When I calmly raised it, the staff member was irritating, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He also made a racist comment: “Arabic people always lie.” He wanted to post fake photos as evidence for his story. This was shocking and completely unacceptable from anyone in hospitality. I had no reason to lie. I spent a lot of money during 17 days in Turkey, across 4 hotels and 4 cities, and no one else in Turkey treated us like this shit. With our flight to catch, the hotel knew we had no time to argue and took advantage of that. We were forced to pay unfair charges and leave. There was no respect, professionalism, or accountability. I strongly warn other travelers, especially Arab guests, to avoid this hotel. If checkout is handled this way, imagine what could happen if another issue comes up during your stay. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and that's what mattered most to me. My family felt safe and relaxed here, and I'm so glad we booked it. The location is ideal, breakfast was a delicious and healthy buffet, and the front office staff were wonderful and did all they could to help. I'm impressed and grateful. We'd gladly stay again. Thank you so much!

Abbas Bay, the hotel manager, treated us with dignity and respect and handled every request right away. He went beyond what we expected to make sure everyone in our family was happy with the stay. The personnel were nice, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and breakfast was fresh with excellent food quality.

I stayed for three days. The staff were nice, and the location was very good, on a street full of restaurants and bars with a lively feel. The room was quite small, though, and it didn't meet my expectations.

I stayed three nights and would come back. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was great, staff were kind, and the internet and location were good. The price was reasonable too, so don't hesitate to choose this hotel.
