Mr. Oktay helped us each day with coordination, translation, and finding a better room. His smile and professional manner made us feel welcome from the start. Ms. Fidan was always cheerful and patient, taking care of kitchen matters and room requests with the care of a mother. Ms. Rabia knew I love soup and made delicious soups for me, then surprised me with lemon and mint tea in the morning. The kitchen and hotel staff were all kind, humble, and respectful, which made us feel comfortable, calm, and secure. Breakfast had a wide range for different tastes and was better than at many larger hotels. The location is excellent, near restaurants, shopping centers, and the city center. For the service, the price felt very fair. We had a wonderful stay and would choose this hotel again.

The lively streets around the hotel have lots of nice restaurants and cafes, and it's in a lovely area at a reasonable price. It's just two streets from beautiful Karanfil Street and close to Kizilay metro station in the city center. Breakfast was delicious, so give it a try. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't turn down any request and helped me despite the language barrier.

The lobby receptionist was especially attentive and helpful. He pointed us toward a very good restaurant and took care of our needs right away. The location is central, and both the breakfast and staff were excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you very much.

The price was affordable, and the location is central. When problems came up, the staff were supportive, though their English was limited. Still, I was on a business trip and couldn't rest properly because the hotel was so noisy. One evening, a loud argument in a neighboring room went on for about four hours. In the morning there was drilling and loud staff conversation. It's better to keep the windows shut. There's an office building across the street, about 10 meters away, with people working inside. We booked two identical rooms but got very different ones, one spacious and one tiny. They looked clean and renovated at first, but there was dust if you looked closely. Breakfast wasn't very enjoyable for me. It was a standard Turkish breakfast, and as a non-local guest I found it hard to choose something suitable.
