The breakfast was delicious, with quality products and plenty of choices, and the location is good. The staff were excellent, and the Turkish "Marifet" they showed was especially pleasant. Choosing the Holiday Hotel was the right decision. The brand itself lived up to expectations.

Mr. Bahtiyar has been very helpful whenever I’ve asked for advice about shopping, food, or places to see. He’s also very good at communicating in English. Thank you for the great support.

It was calm and relaxing here, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt comfortable and cozy, and I really enjoyed my stay. A great place to rest.

The hotel itself was nice: comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, delicious dinner, and very friendly front desk staff. You have to slide the blind bar just right to close it, and there’s no padding under the carpet, which could be replaced, but those things were minor. I visited in October, and the air conditioning worked great. The spa is why I took off three stars. I was traveling with a group, and our guide told us some amenities were complimentary. At the spa, an older man tried to switch that offer, saying the complimentary option actually required expensive services. When we went back to the front desk and guide, they were confused and said there was no cost. They called down to correct him. The second time we went down, he was visibly agitated about the call and insisted on charging us, so I turned toward the elevator to leave. He followed us and stopped the elevator doors from closing to yell that I had lied about him, claiming I told the front desk he kicked me out. I hadn’t, I’d only said he told us the services cost money and weren’t complimentary. He brought up his age, said I had a bad attitude, and called it the worst he’d ever seen. He was clearly upset that we weren’t going to spend money there. My guide told me not to go back and said he’d arrange services at our next hotel. He did, and that hotel and spa were much nicer, making for an amazing experience that helped make up for this disappointment. Nice hotel, but not a nice spa experience.
