My friend checked in after telling the hotel he'd left his second passport in London. He was upset and stressed, and I came in that morning to be with him. The guest service agent, huseiyn, wasn't helpful, and no one spoke English. He refused to let me join my friend and didn't explain that another person could be added to the booking for an extra 520 Turkish lira. He just rudely said it wasn't allowed and offered no solution. This left us sitting in the breakfast area at 7am, distressed, and paying 1500 lira for breakfast that was awful and old. When the shift changed around 10am, we explained everything to a woman at guest services, who quickly offered a solution: paying a fee would resolve it. huseiyn had been rude and passive and made everything harder while we were both stressed. The hotel's poor management and hospitality are to blame. I believe there was a hint of racism. To clarify my earlier comment: my friend had told the guest service agent that he'd left his second passport in London. He was explaining that he was stressed during check-in, not blaming the hotel for the passport situation. A customer service agent should show sympathy and help the guest feel comfortable. My friend also expected someone else to join him, but huseiyn didn't tell him there was an option to add them to the reservation for a 520 Turkish lira fee.

Being so close to the airport made travel much easier, especially for an early flight or a late arrival, and there was no airport noise in the hotel. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and welcoming, and everything felt well managed. Staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had a question. I had a smooth, relaxing stay and loved the place. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere quiet and convenient near the airport.

Yasar Kose, the Front Office Manager, deserves special thanks for his warm hospitality and exceptional service. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. I had a wonderful stay at ibis airport Ankara and highly recommend it.

My daughter and I stayed for a day and loved the nice room and good view. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, and we especially appreciated the black-out blinds ))) The restaurant food was delicious, and we were glad to get an early check-in. The only thing we didn't like was getting no response to our question for two days before check-in.

The lounge and sitting area look really nice, and everything is set up for strollers and wheelchairs. We also loved how close the airport was, about 10 minutes away, and breakfast had almost everything you could want. We only stayed one night, but the dirty room and hairs all over the bed were a real letdown. Clean that up and this place deserves five stars.
