The calm surroundings are a big part of why I keep coming back. Even though the hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the city center, it’s in a peaceful spot where I can unwind after being out in the city. I’ve been staying here regularly since 2011, and the service has kept exceeding what I expect. The staff are consistently attentive and friendly, with a genuine warmth as well as professionalism. The manager also deserves a mention for staying kind and dedicated to making guests feel welcome over the years. After more than a decade of stays, I’m confident I’ll return again. The location, service, and quiet setting make it a strong choice for new visitors and returning guests alike, and I’d recommend it.

The people working here made a strong impression on me. From reception to the cleaners and meal servers, everyone was friendly and good at solving problems. I found the staff at Izzotel especially welcoming. They were always ready to help, and the manager was very kind and made an effort to make guests feel at home. The rooms stayed comfortable in any outside temperature thanks to the A/C, and the WiFi was fast and dependable. Everything was spotless, which showed in the care taken with cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast had lots of choices for different tastes and dietary needs. Whether visiting for work or leisure, I had a flawless stay and would recommend Izzotel.

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms felt like new and were clean, and the air conditioning worked well. There’s also a back area where you can have a drink. Prices are really good for a 4-star hotel, and I’ve stayed here three times already. I’ll come again next time. It’s centrally located near the metro and Kizilay shopping centers, and the staff are awesome.
