Reikartz 2017

The rooms are pleasant, though on the small side. It’s easy to walk to the attractions from here, and the staff know the city well and are ready to help at any hour, day or night.

The staff were especially helpful late at night. At 1 a.m., I needed to study for my exam the next day, and they promptly turned on the lobby lights when I asked. Earlier, when I found the room fridge switched off and needed somewhere to keep my food, reception kindly offered space in a working fridge in the lobby. I really appreciated how hospitable they were. I stayed on August 15th and 16th 2025. My room was clean, the staff were friendly, upbeat, and attentive, and breakfast was simple but satisfying. If I return to Ankara, I’d definitely stay here again.

For a business trip, this hotel’s location works well. The rooms are compact, but cozy and clean, and reception colleagues can speak English. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold choices, including Turkish and European dishes. I found better prices on the official website when making a reservation.

Breakfast was good, and there was hot water in the shower, though it spilled onto the bathroom floor. The room was small and warm in winter. Dinner was a mess: there wasn’t enough food for everyone, just one hot dish, and the staff didn’t bring out more. There was no usual option for children, only salad and bread, though at least there was soup. Internet worked only through the first network I logged into, and there was no kettle in the room.
