Kaplica Termal Hotel

Our main reason for writing is the way the hotel treated us: the staff were extremely rude, uncooperative, and unhelpful. When we called to discuss money that had gone missing, no one spoke English, the receptionist wouldn’t put us through to the manager, and the manager refused to help or check the cameras. We were told there were cameras only at reception, not on the floor lobbies. We’re not accusing anyone of stealing, although we have very little doubt about where the money disappeared. We were 95% sure it happened at the hotel, since I never left my bag anywhere except in my room while I went to the hotel’s own Turkish hamam, and the same was true of my family. On the way back from Kizilcahamam, we realized that a large amount was missing: $100 from my aunt and 300 Tl from me. Before that, my mother's room had been extremely hot because the air conditioner wasn’t working. We had to call three times and then go down to reception ourselves before it was fixed. A horrible experience. This felt like a place to lose your money.
