There wasn't much flexibility around meals. The restaurant seemed to operate mostly for breakfast, and even then the choices were quite limited, with no simple option like an omelet. I also couldn't have breakfast brought to my room when I asked, and visitors aren't allowed in guest rooms, which was inconvenient. The rooms were uncomfortably hot. All of that made for a disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to travelers looking for comfort and flexibility.

Plenty of places to eat and pubs are just a 2-3 minute walk away. The hotel itself was really nice and clean, right in the city centre on Tunus Street.

I feel very safe here most of the time, and the staff are kind and practical. The location is a 10/10 if you want to be close to all the central areas. My room was a decent size, though the furniture seems to be getting old. The shower fixer wasn't working, and the dryer wasn't good for me. Even with the windows shut, there was a little noise from the busy area, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast is pretty standard. They either forgot my morning wake-up call twice or there was something wrong with my room phone. The location really is perfect.

Being close to lots of great pubs is a real plus, and the prices are reasonable. The location is perfect. Reception staff don't know English, but they do their best to communicate through Google Translate.

Cigdem, the hotel manager, was wonderful and made sure everything about our stay went smoothly. We had a lovely time here. The hotel is right in the middle of a busy area, with good food and sights within walking distance. Breakfast was fabulous, and all the staff were so pleasant. Our room was comfortable and clean. Thank you!
